Delivery

The contracted cargo company of the authorized sender of the product you ordered may vary. Likewise, the delivery time for your order by the authorized company may vary depending on your region or city.

Usually your order is delivered within 48-72 hours wherever you are in Turkey.

This may be due to the fact that cargo companies do not have a branch in every district and they provide their services through mobile distribution. Accordingly, since mobile deliveries are made on certain days of the week, your cargo will be delivered to you depending on these days.

Except for extraordinary circumstances (difficult climatic conditions, road closures, security reasons, natural disasters) and public/religious holidays, your cargo will usually reach your address within 1-2 business days.
