İade ŞartlarıAs a basic rule, you can return the product you purchased within 14 business days from the delivery date, along with the invoice issued by the authorized company. These products, which are classified as hygienic products, should not be tried.
Maybe you may have a fungus on your nail or a disease in your legs that you haven't noticed or known about before. For this reason, as soon as you try (wear) a sock, the hygienic properties of that sock will be lost and it will not be possible to return this sock as folds and deterioration will occur.

For this reason, we recommend that you do not buy socks that you have not used or purchased before. In this way, issues that will upset us mutually will not arise. However, if you have not worn the socks, you do not need to consider the 15-day limit and you can return them whenever you want.

Although very rare, sometimes a size or color other than the size that should be in the box may be accidentally placed in the box during the production phase. In addition, in cases of factory defect (defective material) or similar, of course, the replacement takes place completely free of charge.

Production errors may sometimes not be noticed immediately. Even if 15 days have passed, if you think there is a manufacturing defect, please inform us. We will definitely examine the product technically and inform you as soon as possible. In case of a manufacturing defect, of course, replacement or renewal is carried out without any problems and free of charge.

When ordering, we kindly ask you to take the correct size of the socks you have purchased. If you are not going to wear the socks and will only check them at the door and return them according to the condition (thinness, thickness, color, etc.), please make every effort not to tear or damage the original box when opening it.

All rules, laws and written texts aside, mutual goodwill is of course a value we care about. Of course, laws and rules apply, but our priority is to ensure that this mutual exchange results positively for both parties.

* Be sure to send your returned product(s) together with a signed note stating the reason for the return and your invoice. Instead of adding a note, it will be sufficient to briefly state the reason for the return in an appropriate field on the invoice and sign it.
