What is its raw material?

  • Venaceal adhesive is a special type of superglue called cyanoacrylate. It has been very carefully formulated in specially designed laboratories and has unique properties compared to other medical grade adhesives on the market.

    When it comes into contact with the blood inside the vascular wall, it polymerizes rapidly. This means that it quickly seals the vein over the application, with minimal migration.

    Since it is very soft and elastic, it cannot be detected by the patient after application.

    It has an "anti-microbial" effect against gram-positive organisms. It has been determined that it is safe and has no negative effects in the long term. Cyanoacrylate has been used since the 1950s. It has been used to repair wounds and skin lacerations.
